Introduction

 

Welcome to Barefoot Legacy Consultant. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of my services. By engaging my services, you accept these terms in full.

 

Services provided

 

Barefoot Legacy Consultant offers legacy fundraising consulting services including but not limited to interim staff support and growth consultancy.

 

Client responsibilities

 

The client agrees to provide all necessary information and materials required for the successful completion of the services. The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the information provided.

 

Fees and payment

 

Fees for services will be outlined in the proposal or contract.

For interim staff support on a continuous basis, service payment terms will include a set-up fee of £250 per client plus payments at the end of each month.

 

For ad-hoc interim staff support and growth consultancy, payment terms are 100% upon completion.

 

Credit terms are 14 days. Late payments may incur additional charges.

 

Confidentiality

 

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the course of the engagement private and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

 

Intellectual Property

 

All intellectual property created during the course of the engagement remains the property of Barefoot Legacy Consultant until full payment is received.

 

Upon payment, the client will have full rights to use the materials as agreed.

 

Termination

 

For interim staff support on a continuous basis either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice.

For ad-hoc interim staff support or growth consultancy either party may terminate the agreement, the client will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the date of termination.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

Barefoot Legacy Consultant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

 

Governing Law

 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of law in the United Kingdom.

 

Amendments

 

Barefoot Legacy Consultant reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
