Preparing
Before I start, we'll clarify key objectives, set out priorities and confirm deliverables. I'll gather background materials which can help provide context. And I'll connect with key stakeholders in advance to ensure a smooth and focused start from day one.
Planning
I'll develop a Gannt chart, which shows the deliverables broken down into bite-size tasks with deadlines, budget and responsibilities attached. This will help us monitor progress.


Actioning
I'll hit-the-floor-running to deliver the plan.
Reviewing
I'll meet with you to review progress against the agreed objectives, adjust priorities if needed, and identify any emerging risks.
